Hi all! Meg here. Planning out some podcasts for May and maybe June too. A special new puppy friend is arriving tomorrow and I will be low on time.
Please, help a girl out:
How do help a puppy get used to the fiddle (which we do for several hours a day around here!)?
Any other ideas for topics for the Fiddle Studio Podcast? Questions about technique, styles or genres, being a fiddler, performing?

I suggest by-ear training. Try to teach some nice harmonies.

If the puppy stays at your feet while you're playing, you're golden!
If the puppy runs and hides, puppy should have a nice quiet, safe spot to do so.
When I start playing my cat disappears.

Megan I’ve been enjoying your podcast. I don’t have any specific suggestions for topics, but the occasional interviews you’ve done have been great, so maybe find some more interesting fiddle folk to tell their story (maybe even someone who’s on fiddlehangout!)

Thank you, Jon! Interview with Old-Time fiddler Rachel Eddy coming...tomorrow!
