The first one sound's like some Scottish hornpipe, but definitely not played Scottish style.
I can't put a finger on a title though.
The second sounded Irish at first to me, but then I realized it's just the way it was being played kind of like a march-
I had a recording of it at one time, though probably not anymore.
I'm dredging up some old memory of a skit on a 78 rpm recording from around 1930, maybe featuring the Skillet Lickers,
and I'm guessing the tune is "Boys My Money's All Gone"... but there were several tunes in the skit-
another was "Money in Both Pockets". I think the name of the skit was
"A Corn Licker Still in Georgia".
