In a moment of recklessness I set my dog free in the room with my fiddle in. It was on the bed and she jumped on it. Now luckily the only damage done is a small tiny scratch next to the f hole. It's not a deep scratch not at all and it won't burst, not at all, but still.
Also on the other side there is a slight craving of a tiny scratch of where I once hit the fiddle with the tip of my bow.
Can my luthier cover op these scratches?

Most likely your luthier can touch it up. Depending on the kind of varnish that's on your violin, it could be more or less complicated, but still manageable.
