Fiddle/Violin Apprentice Building Programs Near Southern PA, MD or WV
Good morning.
Seems like the right place to post this question and forgive me if this has been a duplicate topic on here.
I know of one close Violin Shop/Builder in my area and that is Chimney in Boiling Springs PA. I can't really find much info via Google on this topic. It's mainly shops or lessons. I'm interested in information on building a violin in an apprentice program. I have questions and thoughts but not a lot of luck with Google searches here at the moment. I'm located in South Central PA.
Maybe it's a far fetched idea but I've went down a LONG rabbit hole of violin making videos and in fact, my teacher made the one he performs with. Thanks if you have information on this or contacts.

joe thrift has a two week workshop in north carolina in the summer and a fall and spring workshop that go for a couple of months , I highly recommend him as a great teacher. I have taken summer classes with him , and will take another this summer.
