The slaked plaster ground is very intriguing. I haven’t used it yet, although I have been considering it for the violin I’m finishing now.
When Roger started posting all that info on Maestronet, I eagerly followed every day. What a great source of info!

This is my third , my best sounding instrument was done with this method, with so many variables its impossible for me to say if its a defining move.
