I don't wear t-shirts, but I might be interested in print-on-demand products with a Fiddle Hangout design. A tote bag, for example. Any chance of expanding the offerings to include that sort of thing?

I think our best bet would be to seek permission from Eric to make use of FHO imagery and generate our own goods for sale in-house, as it were.
Not that I have a clue as to how to go about this.

I don't think so... numbers are just to small to make printing shirts a feasible thing.
