A great tune I just learned. Was surprised to see no other versions on the jukebox -- I was looking to steal some!

Anyway, I put up two 'versions' -- one in AEAE and the other in GDGD. If you play this tune, I'd sure like to hear it.

Um, weird, Owyhee. If I click on your tunes in Firefox 3, it sounds like chipmunks got in the Jukebox, everything's all super speeded up, which doesn't happen with any of the other folks' mp3s. Then I tried it in Opera and IE and it was fine. Gremlins in the machinery again . . .

Bruce -- I'm looking forward to hearing your version. I think it's a great tune, but would like to hear other ways of bowing it.

bj -- this net-music is all magic to me. I know that on my first download here, some folks couldn't hear the piece and others could. There seems to be something to do with the fact that I'm on a Mac, not a PC. If I remember right, the people that couldn't hear the music (or could hear the chipmunk version) didn't have the jukebox player actually downloaded onto their computer. Once they did that, the music played.

I guess the built-in PC player worked for most recordings, and not for a few weirdly done ones like mine.

Or, it's just the gremlins.

It may be the codecs that Mac uses for mp3 conversion. And the fact that the Jukebox further compresses it into a flash player may confuse the issue more. Though that does NOT explain why it would work in two of my three browsers and not in the one I consider the best . . . yes, Gremlins.
