My homepage has a different version played by my friend Mary Anne with me and others in supporting roles.
This Saturday, due to elk hunting and other conflicts, I get to go from 3rd backup fiddle/mando player to the only fiddle on stage for a local dance. Fortunately, there'll be banjo, flute, concertina and guitar players to get me through. I'm looking forward to it-- I just plan on sawing through the sour notes and lapses and keeping the beat going.
It's a rythm instrument, right?
