Having a hard time keeping the grin off my face. Came home yesterday after spending 9 days in Anchorage visiting friends - that we haven't seen in 11 years now (hard to imagine that much time has passed).
2 OT sessions and 5 other jams (mix of OT, BG, and folk). First OT session was attended by about 15 folks, and I knew all but 2. We hugged and played tunes from 7 til after 10. It was like we had never left. And the night before we left, I got to play OT again - and a few more showed up that weren't there the first night - including George (alaskafiddler). This time we went on until after 11.
I got my cup full, but I sure wish I could do it again, and again.
