Does anybody know if the Incredibow favors a particular type of rosin? I feel perhaps the synthetic 'hairs' may work better with a non-traditional rosin.
I have a high tension cello incredibow. I just use Larsen dark cello rosin. I’m very happy with it.
I have used a lot of different rosins on 4 different Incredibows. Honestly it doesn’t seem to make much difference. Darker rosins are probably the best.
They recommend Cecilia rosin on their website, and I think it sounds better than the Hidersine light rosin I had been using on it
I recommend Cecilia "solo" - quality rosin. Half cake is plenty big and like all rosins, don't drop it
