I've only been playing fiddle for a few years but finally, after much practice, I was able to extract one of those 2032 batteries, intended for my tuner, from it's packaging in less than five minutes, with no damage to my hands or fingers, and only two swear words.

I buy a bunch of them and give them to my musician friends for Xmas, just to watch them struggle to replace the batteries in their tuners! Highly entertaining.
