As others have mentioned…practice scales over and over. As boring as they are, they will work wonders for your intonation. This at the end of the day, will give you the encouragement to continue i.e playing a note that is in tune and recognizable gives you a feeling that you are on track.
In addition, try to develop a bow grip that has the least amount of tension in your wrist and hand. This will encourage light bow weight and sweeter tone. Record yourself playing and listen over and over. This will give you real time updates as to how you are sounding. Compare this with someone you are trying to emulate. Your brain is an amazing thing and will rewire itself over time without consciously thinking about it, subtly making minor improvements towards your desired sound.
Lastly, play in front of the mirror to develop a strong contact point as the bow cross the strings. This along with the above mentioned bow weight will provide you with a clean and repeatable motion.
Good luck
