I'm skeptical about those "chefs" throwing knives around (make sure those carrots in your meal, are not something else), and I don't really need to be "entertained" at close range while I'm eating. And Subway just isn't very good - if you want to go that route Jersey Mike's is a much better option.
But if you really want to give her a memorable treat, why not take a weekend and come to beautiful Pigeon Forge and enjoy the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Feud. hatfieldmccoydinnerfeud.com/ Real mountain culture, music and dance, tastefully presented (Actually that food looks pretty tasty).
As a bonus, what I think may still be the world"s largest Buc-ee's is just up the road in Sevierville - everyone finds something good there.
Then again, why take her anywhere when she can just watch ME make the best Veggie Pizza in town right in our kitchen!!! You know what they say, "A cook in his own home is never appreciated."
