There have been times when I would sneak off to Banjo Hangout to find tunes in their media to find media files to play along with. I later found links to Josh Turknett video (founder of Brainjo Academy) at his YouTube channel and website. Great fun and practice when you don't have anyone to play with. Great banjo backing tracks.
I've recently found another YouTube channel with several banjo tunes, organized in playlists by keys. He is a good player, has several good tunes. His playlists make it easy to play along. I thought I would share the link - in case you like to do that too / or would like to try.
I thinking the creator is Scott Simmons (facebook), and the name of his YouTube channel is "Old Time Tunes". I'm subscribed.
