I think this is the same tune as Sailor's Hornpipe. Remember that in Bb you have low 4th fingers on E & A strings (no open E notes).
The B part might be unfamiliar to you. It's the way Mark O'Connor played it on one of his albums.

I don't know why there's such phobias about playing in flat keys. I think they're a lot of fun. They've sure got their own character.
I remember working on a tune called College Hornpipe, also in Bb, but it definitely didn't sound like Sailor's Hornpipe. I got it in sheet music form, so it was subject to my interpretation of somebody else's transcription for mandolin and all like that. Still, it was different. Also immune to my coaxing and pleading to fall under my fingers.

Bb was easier to grasp than some might be. I've had some success with Bb and Gm. Feels pretty good, actually.
