Here's an original fiddle tune I composed on May 2nd, 2023 here in Cleburne County, Arkansas. The folks in AR are down-to-earth friendly and this is a cheerful piece of music celebrating the wonderful people I've met here in the Natural State.
Because I wanted to use two violins at the same time, I decided to use my Studio One digital workstation and score two violins and an upright bass.
Here's hoping y'all enjoy.

THE FOLLOWING TUNES LINKED HERE ARE ALL ORIGINAL PIECES COPYRIGHT FREDERICK WARNER. They're performed digitally by Studio one using an upright bass and either one or two violins. I've used this particular topic to include several of my tunes in one place. Fred.

Here's another tune I composed; this one in 1994. I used to love composing jigs not just reels. In the northcountry of upstate New York in the Adirondacks, jigs are actually quite popular. I grew up listening to them and after a while, they become a part of a fiddler from the North. All the time I've been fiddling in Tennessee I never heard a fiddler fiddle a jig. I've heard a few here in AR, but not too many.

Here's another fiddle tune I composed. This one way back in 1992. It's done in the Celtic style and I named it Laird Mc Nichols.

Here's the fiddle tune Laird Mc Nichols scored for two fiddles and an upright bass. The version above is only scored for one violin and a bass. I used to saw these tunes off like there was nothing to it but as I continue aging, it's much too difficult anymore to try and multi-track record using my real violins. So I just use Studio One Professional 6.5. in the hopes that someone will enjoy the tune anyway.

Here's an old favorite for fiddlers that I just recently learned how to fiddle. The Silver Spire. It's all done digitally using Studio One.

Thanks Eric. I wrote the violin (three violins) and the harmony violin and the upright bass music using 4 treble clefs and a bass clef in the score section of Studio One. The instruments used were virtual digital instruments. It was written and performed in 2 sharps at 98 bpm. I panned one violin medium hard left and another violin medium hard right. The lead violin and harmony violin was centered along with the upright bass.
I exported the mix to a video program and uploaded it to YouTube. That’s my story and I am sticking to it lol.

I miss BG Daddy forum too...do you know what's up with John C. these days? He seems to just not have much to do with the site. ..maybe he's busy or something...hope all is ok with him. I miss everybody there and wish we could all talk again. Glad to see you on here and your very, very creative music.

Here's a fiddle tune I composed this morning in a sort of tribute to the beautiful bow I've been using yesterday and today. It's a Louis bow, so I titled the composition "Louis Le Bow".

Hey Fred...as always, you are the Mozart of the fiddling world...lol...if I may say my opinion here. Nice tunes. I'd see them more easily if they were in the Sound Off Forum...just sayin'. I don't like to miss them!

Thanks, Peggy. I haven't made them obviously available because I used virtual instruments rather than performing them on a real violin. I didn't know whether the Hangout members would object, so I've been hiding here with my original tunes. Thanks, again. I truly appreciate your kindness. (I texted John C, but have not heard from him.)

Well that's understandable...but they always are really great tunes. I'll have to look for them here. I'm subscribed to your channel but they don't always pop up on the algorithm.

I sure hope John C is doing ok. I think about a lot of the folks on there and wonder how everybody is these days. Glad to see you here!

Here's a fiddle tune I composed in the autumn of 1991. I've always enjoyed this tune written in my appreciation of the beauty of birch trees.

Here's the latest version with a slightly different melody in a few measures to add a little flavor. I prefer this version:

Here's a tune I wrote the first of May this year. I call it "The Red Devil Fiddle", aptly named after a frustrating red-colored fiddle that gave me fits all through the repair. I ended up having to replace the neck with one from another beat up old fiddle.
