When listening to my improvisation in AEAE I asked myself : could one dance to it?
So I put my dog in her bench and tried in my living room. You CAN dance to it, at least I have no problems at all, but you need to be crazy enough I guess and be able to pick up the sudden change of rhythm and beat haha.
Seriously. What on earth am I doing. I have no idea at all.

How do you stick to one rhythmic pattern?

For rhythmic growth in your fiddling work with a metronome. If you are enjoying the process that is a good enough reason to stick to it.

I like the way this sounds!

Agreed with Richard above…if you get a metronome ticking with you, it will help keep that steady beat in your playing that dancers like…

I agree with others' suggestions to play along with a metronome. There's a beautiful melody within the double stops you're playing. Very nice. Keep up the great work.
