It's as if the wise old soul that haunts your favorite forum (Imaginary) compiled all of his or her sage comments in one place. Some things I've caught myself thinking, but many, many are new insites. Then, about halfway through the book, and you think it's all been said, he seems to soak you down with wisdom and anecdotes all over again. It's an easy read. It really seems like it's in his own voice. I've heard many interviews prior, so it came as no surprise.
Good questions answered. When is a project truly finished. And the many ways of attracting the muse into your creative sessions. No spoiler alert. Is is Magic and sometimes you hit gold and sometimes you don't. But as the title states, it's in the act. It's in the way of being. Don't be afraid to admit you're an artist. Don't be afraid to create. There is no wrong. Other's opinions matter not. Again, it's in the act. Best of Everything to you and your's, FJ
