Thanks, Loy. I'm glad you like some groundhog music with your coffee. Our move plans are slightly on hold for now...so...we'll see what sorts of unexpected things happen next before we can proceed...for now...I guess I'll keep that presonus fired up a little longer until we know what's going on.
