Is Jack Tuttle still around/ in business? I ordered a PDF version of one of his books over a week ago and haven't gotten it. I've emailed twice with no response.
Usually when you order a PDF from him it's almost instantaneous, you get an email with a download link. Like it's automated. Nothing in your junk folder?
No, nothing in the Junk folder. I've sent emails through the contact function on his website and, through my hotmail account, to jackfiddle@gmail.com. No reply. Today, I saw the hardcopy version is for sale at Gryphon Strings, which is where he has taught in the past, so I emailed them at their "info" address, asking about him, but have not heard back.
I found the email I got when I made a PDF order in November 2021, and clicked on the "download" link, but I'm getting a "Failed - Network error" message even though the link isn't supposed to ever expire. Maybe it's a network thing that's messing up his orders and keeping him from getting emails. No idea.
Thanks. I'm thinking about giving Gryphon a call if they don't answer tomorrow.
