Been working on "Fiddler a Dram" and I'm still not sure if it should be cross tuned or not. Most versions that I've come across are in G, so that's what I'm working off. There are some sections, or phrases, of the tune that work better in standard, and some that work better in cross.
Also, some versions have a more major feel, and others feel more minor. Anyway, I'm just wondering how any of you might be playing it.
