Over the years, I've pretty much become a foot-stomping porch player, scratching out tunes for my own delight. It's been a long time since I've posted anything here but this tune really took my fancy. (I learned it from David Bragger). The video not only captures what it's like to play outside near a noisy road with a mute so as not to bother the neighbors, but it also records a little bit of what I think was a distracted bird accident. (I hope it was okay!)

Would sound a lot better without the practice mute.

Yup! Absolutely! And recording in a quiet place would make a difference, too. :) It's funny, though. Since I usually play alone, I don't think as much about sound as I do about how playing makes me feel. It's just (usually) a happy thing!

Fine playing. But play it loud!
