I uploaded this a few days ago with the intent of posting this and it appears some of you still pay attention to new uploads laugh

I started writing this early in the pandemic and named it after our at the time new dog who is all of the little terriers (4 of them anyway) and 5% Rottweiler according to his DNA test. He is about 14" at the shoulder and has an amazing stand still vertical jump!

There are a bunch of string skipping octaves and if you can hit it just right, the E/C double stops imitate his sporadic barks (I'm not doing it here as this was intended to be close to what is on the paper). It's a tricky one and I spent at least half of the pandemic learning to play it.

Sovereign key of C.

Isn't it amazing how high those little dogs can jump? Right onto the tailgate. My Border Collie Amos is a lazy sucker and it's embarrassing to have to pick him up into the truck.

Very nice tune, I love the B part. I played guitar chords along with it and sounded like you went G (jump) - F (jump) - C ....G7....repeat. I don't know if you intended the F in there for that beat but it sounds nice thataway.

I also like the arrangement--it shows you can get a 32-bar tune in more ways than just 16 + 16

Thanks for posting it, nice fiddling too

I like G G7 C, then going up the F on the second half of the B part, but they both work.

Thanks for the compliments, means a lot coming from you.

Peggy, you should see that little jerk bounce; I bet he could get eye to eye with you! I say jerk because it took him over a year to finally warm up to me (he's was/is lady's dog for sure). Now he's a sweetheart to me, but still barks at a couple of guys he sees regularly in our little town. He's the perfect size.
