DougD told me about this free editor...he said it was well-hidden, and he's right...lol. But I finally did find it and then the task of figuring out how to use it...lol. I think I finally got it. The sound, though, is crackly and I'm thinking it's maybe because the mic was kind of far away and I hurriedly just turned the thing on and recorded guitar and voice together, rather than the usual separate tracks I do. Just testing the thing and I didn't know the sound quality would be so bad. But anyway, this is one of the many ballads I used to do, just me and my guitar, my only instrument at the time, when I had my first regular music job down in SE KY. BRings back memories and reminds me how much I loved to play there for a regular audience for two or three years. I've never had anything steady in my musical world since. It was lots of fun to do.

I personally cannot use all those advanced software for editing. I prefer something easy and clear to use like online video editors. You don't have to download them and every tool is described (what does it do and how to use) and also it's fast. I use https://www.fastreel.com/ as my grandchild advised me.
