A lot of the tunes in the Milliner-Koken volume have a * next to the tune name.. I"ve looked and looked in the Forward and can't find what that * indicates... Seems that I knew at one time, but DANG, it seems to have eluded me.. I can't find that info again.. Silly me.. So.. Those of you who have the Milliner Koken book.. What does it mean??

I play that one. GREAT tune! I learned it from (I can't think of his name, but he was a good friend of Buddy Thomas).
