Here is a link to a CBC documentary featuring myself and my friend Gilles Losier. Together we play Irish, Scottish as well as Québécois trad music. Many of the tunes you will hear I learned from the playing of Ti-Jean Carignan - my idol. It will be on air on Sunday the 15th of September (today) on CBC as well as Sirius XM in the US. You can also listen to it online. There is also a video of us playing that may be released by the CBC soon. I hope you enjoy it, and if you do, please spread the news. Also does anyone know where else I could share this link?
Unfortunately, as I just noticed, I can’t attach links since this is my first post. In order to find the documentary online, just search: CBC the fiddle is laughing- and it should pop up at the top.
P.S.: Please let me know, what you think of it.

I just finished listening, it's great. I like your fiddling style, I'm not familiar with the work of Carignan, but it reminds me of Natalie Macmaster. You've got yourself a great source of wisdom in your mentor. Now I need to find a pianist........

A delightful piece, and you are quite a fiddler. I remember Gilles from his Philo recordings in the 1970's with Jean Carignan and also Philippe Bruneau.
Here's a nice video clip of Mr. Carignan playing in a small setting youtu.be/dW8Ut_HSxi0

Great playing and what a treat to get to play with the very pianist who backed up your idol! Thank you so much for sharing.
