Notes: This is a version I transcribed from John Hartford's CD the Speed of the Long Bow. It begins in a g minor/modal key and shifts around quite a bit between modal and major with the sharps and naturals sometimes being a bit elusive. My first upload here so hopefully there are no typos etc. Enjoy. ......Jim

Hi Rustystill! Thanks for putting this up. I have messed around with that version quite a bit to sort it out, and this posting helps a lot. Might I suggest you take advantage of the ability to put titles on the sheet music to cite the Hartford source version? That way printouts would be more informative. Also, I am not going to learn tab, others are not going to learn notes, and some will do either. Everyone using this site might benefit from knowing whether they will be getting one or the other when they see a song listed... Thanks again.
