this violin has already been daily played for years during daily professional rehearsal and is yet in perfect order.

That is the point ! they were professional and friendly? During 2 month they help me to choose what i knew i wanted but was bad at expressing clearly. First they wanted to send me 2 violins for the price of one to allow me to choose.Then they sent me bows for 8700 euros whereas i had payed 2200 ,and i could choose at home.
months after my decision they kept helping me twice by answering questions about the former owner of the violin and about the violin itself.
