I encouraged the young Suzuki students to play for our church's Sunday School end-of-year program. We played "Nothing But the Blood of Jesus" in two different octaves. The kids played the melody, the lady adult violinist played the alto part, and I played double stops to cover the tenor and bass parts and thus round out the 4-part harmony.
