The usual: Guitar -> Banjo -> Fiddle I started banjo with a Harmony banjo and Pete Seeger's book in about 1968 and guitar a few years before that. I started playing a borrowed fiddle in 1984 and purchased one a year later. I've had a few periods when I didn't play much alternating with periods of total immersion. I went back to banjo when I got an Enoch Tradesman fretless in 2009, but it hasn't drawn me away from fiddle. More recently I got a new guitar (devo).
