I've been having a pain flare-up in the right side of my abdomen since the flu. It's been pretty mild, and off and on, but today, it flared up big time... so much so that I haven't felt like playing fiddle AT ALL... I checked out the location and symptoms with on-line articles on appendicitis, and talked to my sister the nurse on the phone. I am very close to driving to the emergency room to have them check it out, and if it's bad... have them remove it.
EDIT... later:
My sister and the ER doc both thought the symptoms were very likely appendicitis, but the CAT scan said my appendix is FINE!!!
In other news.... I've been trying really hard NOT to talk about bowing, or act as a downbowing advocate.
But, I admit... I AM angry. I'M not joining in on my VERY FAVORITE fiddling topic.
And then if an anywhichwayer comes along and carps about the too many bowing threads (that I did not start and am no longer actively participating in as far as bowing knowledge- therefore not adding "fuel to the flame".) I find pointed sarcasm impossible to resist.
If I'm refraining from actively participating in bowing threads, the least you guys can do is stop carping. I mean, I KNOW you love it almost as much as I enjoy talking about bowing. And if you carp about the bowing threads that other people start, I WILL turn your carping into the topic!
