1996 National Adult Fiddling Champion and the featured performer of American fiddle music during a private reception for the 1997 Summit of the Eight Conference in Denver. Inducted into the National Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame in 2015. 15 years online teaching experience. Designated as a Master Artist in fiddling by The Colorado Council on the Arts and The National Endowment for the Arts. I have taught fiddling as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Southern Colorado and the University of Colorado at Denver. Fiddle students have become successful fiddlers and performers, several have toured or are touring with national acts, and about a dozen students across all age groups have become national fiddle champions.
