6 More days til the Central Maine Fiddle Workshop! I've been working very hard to memorize all the tunes, and I've even been able to memorize the advanced tunes though I signed up for the Intermediate group. Wish me luck!
Oh, BTW, I just got the sheet music for the Maine Fiddle Camp and hopefully the CD will be here soon. So once this workshop is over, I have 24 new tunes to try! :-)

I love music! I started playing the violin in the 3rd or 4th grade through the public school's music program. I had a wonderful teacher who enjoyed fiddling, and encouraged my love for fiddling. I mostly play Maine style fiddling (Scots-Irish, English, French, and Scandinavian). As well as fiddle, I aso play some tin whistle. I enjoy cooking, reading, quilting, tatting, knitting, crochet, sewing, animals, gardening, firearms, and playing pool. I'm also a proud member of the NRA.
