For the Banjo Hangout Tune of the Week, I will be doing, this coming Friday, "Cheat River". I learned this tune from "Dance to the Fiddle, March to the Fife" long before any recordings were available. I plan to upload Charles Berkey playing the tune. However, in the past, I've inquired about similar legalities and in instances, I've prevented downloading and plan to do that with Berkey's playing. I'd appreciate your thoughts about this and whether or not I should, or shouldn't permit downloading.
