A nice looking and playing full size old fiddle that sounds excellent if you like a smooth deep tone on the bass strings and a pure, sweet tones on the A and E strings. It has beautiful wood as you can see in the pictures in the classified section. It plays with ease and will be better than what most people are playing tonewise.
As far as the origin, some folks have told me French and some think German. I'm not sure, but it leans a little more to French in my opinion.
