This is a 4/4 Gama fiddle, vintage 2007, made in the in the workshop of Romanian luthier Cristian Gliga. It's well set-up and ready to play, appropriate for an intermediate player looking for a European-made instrument, or as a reliable backup for a professional. My daughter played this in college as a violin major. Since then it's seen mostly duty in old time circles. The instrument has warmed up nicely over the years and has a strong but pleasing tone suitable for old time, irish, bluegrass and more. Youtube link below.
