For Sale only is a beautiful copy of a Nicolaus Amatus (copy) violin made in the manner as those made in 1645. It's in very good to great shape with only slight blemishes noted. The sound is full and responsive and the playability is also great. It has an ornate tailpiece, a well-fitted bridge and very workable pegs. I don't believe the top or back has ever been removed because there is absolutely no evidence of it. It comes with the case shown which is in good working condition.
This is a fine violin for a professional player as well as an intermediate to beginner. This is a really nice violin.
