Just in time for festival season! Here is a 5-string fiddle with a one-piece back and double Maggini-style purfling made by the legendary Frank Daniels of Meridian, Idaho in August of 2004. It has been played hard and must have spent countless hours at bluegrass festivals.
Even though it shows much play wear, it is crack-free and structurally sound. I am not a player but it appears to be quite playable.
