Deering Goodtime banjo that is currently also configured as a Goodtime II for Bluegrass or even Old Time (with resonator kit currently installed; a $249 Deering value). I am the original and only owner, and the banjo was purchased at Ithaca (NY) Guitar Works. Gumby head, traditional specs. for Goodtime open back such as scale length, tailpiece, 11" head, etc. A 5/8" compensated bridge was added by owner and is currently installed, and original Goodtime bridge will also be included in the gig bag pocket. Spikes professionally installed at 7, 9, 10. Frosted 11" head is virtually new and clean. Metal armrest. New D'Addario Light gauge strings. Banjo can be played clawhammer style in its Goodtime II form or very easily modified by removing resonator and flange to convert it fully to an open back, as original owner (me!) even had a scoop professionally installed by Bernunzio Music, Rochester NY about 3/4 years ago. For those of you that play clawhammer style, this banjo can produce (no exaggeration) the best "cluck" of any of several banjos I own. Also includes a Black and Red Crossrock banjo gig bag and also an extra 11" fiberskyn banjo head as well. Only selling because I have too many banjos and at my age need to start downsizing. $650 to include shipping within Continental U.S. SOLD through another site.
