This is what customer service is all about!!
Bought The Grip 6" flexible Micro Gooseneck last year for my Dobro and Clawhammer banjo, worked great, recently joined a country band which has me playing Banjo in addition to Guitar and Pedal Steel, couldn't get it to work into a Behringer XR18 mixer. Emailed Gregg yesterday, he called back today, swapped out the battery, tested it, no good. Gregg's shipping me a new one priority mail, how about that.

He answered me within minutes when I had a question about a product of his, and offered a considerable discount on top of it.
Amazing.
Jacob Szekely and friends have a really nice review of the mic on thepickuptest.com as well. The sound is at least as good as Remic, and the Countryman Isomax, and Bartlett.
