There was one of his fiddles listed for sale on the classified ads, on Banjohangout I think, not long ago. Looked back, but don’t see the ad anymore. It was a low number model, single digits I believe. Ad said it was on that Paine played himself for a while with a band. Hope this might help.

I actually think that Paine is now for sale on this sites Classified. I've been considering contacting that seller although it a different Paine than the one I sold.
