Hey guys...
This is what I came up with decades ago when I loved to just play the guitar...took one to work and played during all breaks or lunch, etc., just any chance I got I would play the guitar. I was so crazy about playing guitar I made up these finger exercises to improve strength, agility, etc.
Well I gradually seemed to have less and less time for guitar, or any music, and at the same time began getting myself other types of instruments, but still, once in a while continue on with these finger exercises when I can find the time...they help with fiddle or whatever you play.
Not saying Groundhogpeggy exercises are the best, just saying here's what I made up with as a young groundhog and anyone can do them or make up some to suit themselves, but they have seemed to help me out quite a bit over the years, decades, and multitudes of instruments in my life.

Thanks Peggy.
I’m working on tenor guitar. And I’m getting my pinky in the game. Working on this finger stretching. Helps. Tuned GDAE.
Thanks again.
