Was just given my grandfather's old fiddle, tag says made expressly for William Lewis and son 126 or 196 can't really tell,3/4 serial number 10432 can you give me any information on this instrument?

Hello Johnny. Its a factory made fiddle 3/4 size probably shipped over from Germany. I am from over around Tahlequah neighbor.
