So, I play a German made, Victorian era, Stainer copy; which is also a family heirloom. The problem is it won’t fit into all those form fitting cases made for Strad models. So I have to put it in loose fitting cases where it rattles around. Any ideas or input is appreciated.
Thanks
Rick

I use cloth (my wiping cloth actually) to tighten my odd sized fiddles. One of mine is a French style and narrower than most.
