I found this listing on Craigslist for $80 US dollars. It doesn't have a label. It's missing a sound-post, a bridge and a chin-rest. I thought it might be fun to get it as a fixer upper, and I think it's quite pretty. Do you think it would be worth it?

Sure. I don't see any obvious cracks or anything. It's hard to tell too much from those pictures. Others are way more informed than me when it comes to provenance. It might not take much more than a bridge and sound post to be playable. Looks decent. Good luck with it.

Folks spend more on supper.
I would jump on it.
It would be great fun to fix up !

I cannot really tell, but it looks like there is a neck graft, which would not be done on a worthless violin.  But then again, scratch grafts have been used to fake them.

Okay, thanks everybody, I think I'll go for it!

Make sure it is full size.....if it ends up being a fractional, you will have a hard time reselling it.

Okay, I'll make sure, thanks!
