We have a William Lewis and Son 3/4 Violin
As stated inside violin:
TON-KLAR
The Dancla
Made in Germany expressly for
William Lewis and Son
Chicago, Illinois
Symbol:
WM AND SON (with an "L")
No. 126 3/4
Serial # 13783
I would be interested in knowing approximately how old this violin is. Our son played it back in grade school in the mid-90's and he is now interested in having his 10 year old daughter playing it.
Thank you~
