I've been working on this little app (fiddleapp.5gbfree.com/) to help me review and practice scales in third position as well as chords (well, chords implied by double-stops) across the neck. Designed to be used on a smart phone, but works in browser as well. Sharing here completely free for personal use, provided "as-is".
The first menu let's you select the mode (various quizes and review modes), the other three menu's are filters (positions, strings, chords) that apply across modes.
Should be mostly self-explanatory, but let me know if there are any questions. Hope it is of help to anyone.
