Thanks for the help with locating this tune! I got the chart from The Fiddler's Companion and learned it pretty well. Here is my second try: http://readin.com/blog/?id=1402 -- generally manage to keep straight where I am and what I'm doing, except I lost it a bit at the end.

Notation is available in "The Fiddler's Fakebook". The version played in the "jukebox" has a wonderful introduction that adds a lot to the tune.
