I really want to play Orange Blossom Special. Is that strictly in A and does anyone have any suggestions as to learning it? I have watched a video on you tube which might be helpful. Thanx

I have the sheets from Mel Bays book. Its hard, quick and doublestoppy! Not a beginner deal at all. In fact I had to put away all the Mel Bay books and search out easier versions of songs till my fingers are coordinated enough to handle it. I will be scannin music in for friends if you would like me to send it to you.

Not sure if you;re still tracking this since the post is over a month old, but the Fairfield Fiddle Farm beginner's book #1 has a beginner version of "Orange Blossom Special" that's easy and a lot of fun to play.
It's the white one shown here: fiddlebook.com/
