It is in Gm which is relative to Bb.
Put a little more "weight" in the 1st note of each set of four 8th notes - especially the first two measures of the phrasing.
The grace notes can be made by stopping the C and G notes with one finger and slurring into the D.
The tab doesn't indicate fingering, only "frets" or 1/2 tone intervals.
I transcribed this from the opening banjo part of The Nashville Bluegrass Band's recording as this is a 'banjo tune' and the fiddle on this particular cut takes many liberties with the melody.
